Under Hope Foundation We Take Our Social Responsibilities as Seriously as Our Business
Whilst we’re aware that we aren't capable of changing the world, we feel it is our responsibility to play our part. Therefore, when we commit ourselves to a social project, we make sure it is a step in the right direction. We have created a Hope foundation to carry out various social activities.
As a widely spread, recognized, and a reputed business that we always want to be known as, we owe it to the communities amid which we work and flourish. For us it is extremely important, as well as enjoyable and a satisfying experience to play an active role in building a robust local community.
We have named our foundation Hope because nothing can defeat hope. Hope is being able to see that there is light despite all of the darkness; and that the sun will rise tomorrow morning.
We've developed an approach to fulfill our Social Responsibility in four areas.
Business Ethics:
We do all our businesses within legal boundaries and our long-standing reputation is built on this trust and integrity. This is what gives our clients, employees, suppliers, business partners, and investors the confidence to refer and get associated with us.
Employees:
We owe our success to our employees, and are committed to look after those who’ve been with us for years. Besides giving them opportunities to grow professionally we also look after their personal wellbeing and growth. This is the reason that employees holding key positions and portfolios have been with us for over a decade and more, with some even about to hit 25 year milestone!
Community:
We get involved in community work by supporting local initiatives, charities and community-related activities having social benefits. Our engagement initiatives play a huge role in increasing employees’ commitment and associating with right people.
Environment:
As a rapidly growing organization, we understand the importance of environmental compliance, resource use and its social impact. These form an integral part of our business approach. We have taken conscious and structured steps towards reducing the adverse environmental impact and carbon footprints at local, national and international levels.
CSR department was conceptualized and being headed by Mr. Sachin Gupta, who’s extremely active, involved, conscious, and most importantly cautious of choosing projects he wants Kesar Group to associate. He also ensures that every project the group associates with sees through to a successful close, never doing anything half-heartedly or leaving things incomplete or with loose ends.
Our success comes from the fact that all our businesses at some level work towards building a better community. This has been recognized by people over the years and helped us earn their trust and respect. So every time that we enter into a new business, we garner a lot of support from everywhere.
